NRF 12 NNEC Assessment In the week of 3 November the NRF 12 NNEC Assessment will take place. Almost all C2CoE personnel will be on location conducting the assessment. Other colleagues are staying behind in a for this occasion installed Reach Back cell. The first data will be collected and analysed here. C2CoE works in close cooperation with the CJOS (Combined Joined Operations on the Sea), the JAPCC (Joint Air Power Competence Center) and other ACT and ACO entities. C2CoE also cooperates with research and development organizations such as TNO (Netherlands Organization for Applied Scientific Research) and NCOIC (Network Centric Operations Industry Consortium). The NRF NNEC Assessments are important tools for collecting data about NEC. Data from each assessment has brought our understanding of NEC and its practical implications to a higher level. As ‘Catalyser of the Art of C2’ it is our top priority to spread this knowledge.
